Cynthia Miranda is a 2nd generation Phoenician. Her family started selling
real estate in the early 1970s in Maryvale with John F. Long homes. In elementary school, Cynthia would
sit with the MLS books highlighting listings for her Mother and Aunt to show. She graduated from Peoria
High School in 1988 and Arizona State University in 1994 with a BSBA in Finance. In 2002, she passed the Arizona real estate exam and went to work
with her family. During the economic changes that started in 2005, Cynthia received her Brokers license
and capitalized on her internet marketing skills to focus on the foreclosure and short sale market. Today
she is very grateful that she was able to stay home and raise her 14 year old daughter while still selling
real estate. She bring her faith, knowledge, and experience to Impresa Real Estate as a team player who
wants to serve and help people navigate through the real estate maze.
